Recruits with advanced degrees receive intensive training during their first year, including an orientation, a Professional Development curriculum, Career Coaching, and – perhaps most important - training through on-the-job experience.
An initial orientation provides a comprehensive introduction to the firm’s goals and mission while providing a foundation in the most important analytical techniques.
Associates with advanced degrees and Life Science Specialists (in the U.S.) also receive special training to further develop analytical and management skills.
This curriculum includes overviews of key cases and addresses a wide range of topics including fundamental analytical techniques and case management approaches.
A Career Development Coach—a Manager or Vice President—is assigned to work with each individual establishing performance goals and providing career support and guidance.
