Training

The variety and challenges of case work, active engagement of managers and partners, and opportunities to support associates all combine to provide a powerful learning environment at L.E.K. Consulting.

While we believe the most important training is on-the-job, L.E.K. provides a range of training experiences to ensure that consultants develop a broad set of quantitative and qualitative business consulting skills as well as competency in client and team management.

Orientation
L.E.K.’s orientation process provides new consultants with an opportunity to review strategy tools and concepts, learn the L.E.K. approach to cracking a case, and develop skills critical to long-term success.

Professional Development
Regular professional development sessions highlight a variety of analytical concepts, management techniques and project reviews.

Career Development Coach
Every consultant is assigned a manager or vice president as a career development coach. Career development coaches establish performance goals and provide career support and guidance.

A mutually supportive environment
There are no “closed doors” at L.E.K. People are eager to provide assistance to others, and each consultant typically develops mentoring relationships with associates.
