Simon Horan is a Managing Director in L.E.K.’s Chicago office and a part of the leadership team for L.E.K.’s Organization & Performance practice. He has worked across a variety of strategy, organization and performance improvement engagements throughout Asia-Pacific and America. Simon’s passion is assisting clients in driving major change, from definition of the change through to the delivery of results. Prior to joining L.E.K., Simon was an economist with the Australian Federal Treasury. He received a Bachelor of Economics degree with honors from the Australian National University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
