Tim Ogonoski is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office, and he leads the firm’s Healthcare Services Performance Improvement practice. Tim is a member of L.E.K.’s Healthcare Services practice and works closely with clients to develop and execute strategies focused on financial optimization, operational efficiency, and organizational turnaround.
Tim brings more than 25 years of experience in both consulting and C-suite roles, having held leadership positions at organizations such as Huron, GE Healthcare, Washington University, and BJC Healthcare. His expertise spans large-scale hospitals, healthcare providers, and academic medical centers, where he has led efforts to enhance financial performance, streamline operations, and optimize infrastructure. Tim has deep experience in revenue enhancement, operational performance improvement, and providing pre- and post-transaction support—driving measurable and sustainable results for clients across the healthcare spectrum.
Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
