Tom Marshall is a Partner in L.E.K.’s European Organisation & Performance practice and is based in the London office. Since joining L.E.K. in 2010, Tom has gained extensive experience advising clients on some of the most complex and critical strategic and operational challenges, helping organizations achieve transformational change to deliver their strategic goals.
Tom specializes in the management of large-scale, complex, corporate transformations, supporting clients across all sectors in designing and implementing initiatives to improve organizational performance. He has deep expertise in operating model and functional organizational design, global strategic transformation programs, and performance improvement initiatives. His work often focuses on addressing operational and structural challenges to position firms for long-term growth.
In addition to supporting clients in the articulation and delivery of change strategies, Tom advises on commercial and organizational effectiveness, go-to-market strategies, and cost transformation. He has worked extensively with multi-site and multi-country clients and works closely with management teams to help them achieve their strategic objectives.
Tom holds a B.A. in Modern History and Economics, an M.Sc. in Economic and Social History, and a Ph.D. in Modern Economic History, all from the University of Oxford.
