Tom Marshall is a Partner in L.E.K.’s London office, and one of the global leaders of our operations consulting practice. He has worked across a variety of strategy, organisation design, performance improvement and post-merger integration engagements throughout Europe.

Tom has extensive experience advising clients on some of the most complex and critical strategic and operational challenges, helping organisations achieve transformational change to deliver their strategic goals. He specialises in the management of large-scale, complex, corporate transformations, supporting clients across all sectors in designing and implementing initiatives to improve organisational performance.

Tom has deep expertise in operating model and functional organisational design, global strategic transformation programs, and performance improvement initiatives. His work often focuses on addressing operational and structural challenges to position firms for long-term growth.

Tom holds a B.A. in Modern History and Economics, an M.Sc. in Economic and Social History, and a Ph.D. in Modern Economic History, all from the University of Oxford.
