Leah Ralph is a Partner in L.E.K.’s San Francisco office and has over twelve years of consulting experience. Leah specializes in L.E.K.’s life sciences practice, advising a diverse set of clients across the biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device industries. Leah has extensive experience providing strategic advice to life sciences companies across a range of development and commercialization issues. Her project experience has included corporate strategy, portfolio planning and optimization, product launch planning, and transaction support.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University. She received her Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
