Paulo Vandor is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s São Paulo office. He has deep experience advising organizations on corporate and competitive growth strategies, organizational transformation and operational restructuring, in several capital-intensive sectors.
Prior to joining L.E.K. Brazil in 2013, Mr. Vandor was a partner at Monitor Brazil, where he performed commercial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures on behalf of local clients, as well as clients in Canada, the U.S., Europe, China and South Africa. He has also designed long-term strategies for capital intensive clients in Brazil and managed cost-effectiveness engagements in the mining, insurance, pulp and paper and consumer goods industries, and steered a LATAM resort through an M&A initiative. Mr. Vandor began his consulting career at McKinsey & Company.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP in São Paulo, Brazil.
