What past participants are saying...
"I had a lot of questions about consulting and L.E.K. I really enjoyed myself and the sessions were very helpful. I have learned about how L.E.K. takes EDI seriously and feels like it is a place I can feel welcome, can thrive in, and would have a support group. It was fun meeting everyone at L.E.K. and the folks in the group."
"This was a very deep dive into what to expect. Really enjoyed the way Justin presented and “tells us like it is” and the transparency Joe shared about his Career Path from start to end. Loved the group size and was able to build relationships."
"The very thoughtful consideration L.E.K. has for women and supporting women. You can tell it’s something that is constantly talked about."
"Truly helpful and I got to learn so many things about recruitment and consulting in general (hearing in the detail from all the divisions within L.E.K.). Very thoughtful programming. Felt at home!"
"Huge impact on me personally just to know at L.E.K. we as women are heard and appreciated for who we are!"
"The event could have very well been just about the firm, but you took it to the next level preparing us for interviews and case work. Thank you!"
