Alison Schilling, based in the Chicago office, is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Consumer practice. With over 10 years in strategy consulting spanning North American, European Union and Asia-Pacific markets, she has extensive experience in supporting clients on a range of topics including growth strategy, M&A strategy, due diligence, customer segmentation and project execution. She has worked across the food and beverage sector, including brands, ingredient suppliers, distributors and restaurants. Her experience also includes the beauty and personal care sector, and retailers.
Alison holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame.
