Ilya Trakhtenberg is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office. He has 10 years of experience as a management consultant and serves as a pragmatic, strategic adviser to corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy, marketing & sales excellence, and M&A transaction support. Ilya focuses on the healthcare sector with special expertise in medical technology and the healthcare value chain (from contract services to GPOs, distributors and retailers). Ilya is a passionate thought leader on the intersection of technology and care delivery, the convergence & evolution of the healthcare ecosystem, and the growing role of consumerism in healthcare.
Ilya received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and an MBA with Honors from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
