Jon Hillcoat is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials practice, based in London. He has a particular focus on building and construction with expertise in building technology and the impact of sustainability and other megatrends on the sector. Jon has extensive experience developing growth strategies and providing M&A support to companies and investors across the building and construction value chain.
Jon also has wider expertise across the industrials sector, with strategy and transaction experience in industrial equipment and technology, aerospace and defense, automotive and renewable energy.
Prior to joining L.E.K., he was an Engineer Officer in the Royal Air Force, holding operational and engineering support roles for the Tornado fast jet aircraft platform. He holds an MBA from London Business School and an MEng in aeronautical engineering from the University of Bristol.
