Lucy Carter is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Melbourne office. She has extensive experience in the Australian energy sector, advising organizations on strategy and planning, growth, performance improvement, and navigating complex change.
Lucy joined L.E.K. in 2024 with over 18 years’ energy sector experience. Her previous roles span all aspects of the power and utilities value chain, with a mix of advisory and executive experience. She has several years’ prior experience as a Partner at a strategy consulting firm, spent five years leading the Strategy team at one of Australia’s largest electricity retail and generation businesses, and has been a Fellow in the Energy Program at a leading Australian policy think tank.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours), Bachelor of Commerce, and Masters’ of Applied Finance from The University of Melbourne
