Sydney, Australia (28 Aug. 2024) – L.E.K. Consulting, a global strategy consultancy, announced Chris Bartlett has joined the firm as a Partner in the M&A Transaction Services practice, based in the Sydney, Australia office.

With over 25 years of experience, Chris specialises in providing strategic guidance on M&A and commercial due diligence, market entry, growth and value creation. His experience spans the globe — he has worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Europe and the U.S. He brings deep knowledge of the technology, media and telecommunications and healthcare industries, as well as infrastructure and industrial products sectors.

In his previous role at a global consultancy, Chris advised high-profile clients on digitisation, customer segmentation, performance improvement, fit-for-growth and capability-driven strategies, sales and distribution. He also developed and led the deals strategy team.

Chris earned his MBA from the University of New South Wales’ Australian Graduate School of Management and was awarded the school’s Directors Prize for Strategic Management.
