Wiley Bell is a is a Partner Emeritus in L.E.K. Consulting’s New York office. He joined L.E.K. in 2013 and has advised senior executives for over 32 years at several global consulting firms. He has deep expertise in healthcare services, private equity, restaurants and consumer products.
Previously, Wiley was the head of L.E.K.’s U.S. Healthcare Services sector, advising both payers and providers on a variety of strategic business issues, including healthcare cost effectiveness, G&A optimization, competitive analysis, marketing effectiveness, strategic planning, and the consumerization of healthcare. He has over a decade of experience in healthcare with an emphasis on payers, providers, and private equity diligence support for healthcare deals and portfolio companies. As a partner and head of the healthcare practice at The Parthenon Group, he built the firm’s corporate healthcare practice and integrated healthcare capabilities into that firm’s private equity diligence work, and founded Parthenon’s consumer growth practice. Earlier in his career, Wiley was a strategy consultant and Vice President at Mars & Co. and a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.
